Dorothy, Fairview, WV: Went to the doctor in Dec. to have eyes checked. At my last exam he told me he saw signs of the beginnings of macular degeneration. He did the first part of the exam, and then rechecked again, without a word. Finally, he looked at me and said, 'Don't know what you are doing, but keep doing it. Your eyes are BETTER than they were a year ago!' Told him about the Vital Stats, which is the only major change, plus take 20 mg. per day of Lutein with xanthemin (or however it is spelled!).
